The Minister-Designate for Lands and Natural Resources, Hon. Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, and three regional ministers-designate will be vetted by the Appointments Committee of Parliament on Monday, January 27, 2025.
The vetting session will start at 9:00 AM in Committee Rooms 1 and 2 of the Parliamentary Administration Building.
The evaluation of candidates nominated by President John Dramani Mahama to head crucial ministries and areas as members of his administration’s leadership team is a crucial phase in this process.
The nominees scheduled for vetting include:
- Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah – Minister-Designate for Lands and Natural Resources
- Tia Ibrahim – Minister-Designate for the North East Region
- Dr. Frank Amoakohene – Minister-Designate for the Ashanti Region
- Akamugri Atanga Donatus – Minister-Designate for the Upper East Region
