Haruna Iddrisu, a former minority leader and Tamale South MP, has urged Ghanaians to support National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer John Dramani Mahama in the current elections.
He claims that resetting the nation’s faltering economy will require Mahama’s win.
Haruna Iddrisu stressed that a leadership transition is urgently required to restore the nation’s economic and governance systems in an interview with Channel One News following the vote.
In addition, Haruna Iddrisu blasted the NPP government’s performance, calling it “poor and very disappointing” in every area.
Iddrisu claims that the nation has been suffering as a result of the government’s poor leadership and is begging for a change of course under Mahama’s presidency.
