GFA President Simeon-Okraku arrives in Nairobi, Kenya for CAF meeting

President Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku has arrived in Nairobi, Kenya, ahead of the Executive Committee (EXCO) meeting of the Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF).

The Ghana Football Association boss is attending the meeting in his capacity as the President of the sub-regional bloc, the West Africa Football Union (WAFU) Zone B, and by invitation of the Executive Committee.

The high-powered meeting, to be chaired by CAF President Dr Patrice Motsepe, will take place in Nairobi, Kenya, on Monday, 16th September 2024.

After the meeting, Dr. Motsepe will brief the media on Monday, 16 September, 2024, at 13h00 local time (10h00 GMT) at a press conference in Nairobi, Kenya. Areas to be covered in the briefing will include the CAF Africa Cup of Nations 2027, TotalEnergies CAF African Nations Championship and other up-coming CAF events.

President Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku arrived in Nairobi on Sunday September 15, 2024, to participate in the top level CAF meeting.
