Report reaching ekuzoanews.com indicates that the Assembly Member of Teberebie electoral area, Mr. Manasseh Addison Sackey, just died after himself and other four persons got drowned.
This sadden departure happened in the late hours this evening around 6pm. According to reports, two out of the five persons who got drowned died at the spot. He got drowned in a river trying to cross with a canoe to a community for campaign purposes. Three persons confirmed to have survived.
The canoe paddler is missing according to reports and divers yet to retrieve his body.
