The state honor of Officer of the Order of the Star of Ghana has been bestowed upon visiting Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi by President John Mahama.
Prime Minister Modi stated in his remarks that strengthening ties between Ghana and India is a responsibility that goes along with the honor.
He reiterated India’s resolve to support the Ghanaian people and deepen the two countries’ ties.
