Aduana Stars Football Club has announced the signing of promising right-back Stephen Kwakye on a three‑year contract.
The defender arrives from Vision FC after showcasing impressive performances in both the Ghana Premier League and Access Bank Division One League.
The 22-year old brings to bare, his composure, defensive awareness, and ability to read the game, Kwakye brings youthful energy and tactical discipline to Aduana’s backline.
His consistency and positional versatility have seen him rack up over 20 senior appearances across both top-flight and second-tier matches last season.
Kwakye first broke into the scene at Vision FC, where he featured prominently throughout the 2023-24 Division One campaign before stepping up to Premier League action in 2024–25. In his debut top-flight season, he notched four appearances, demonstrating defensive resilience and steady progress at only 22 years old.
His transition to Aduana represents a significant career milestone, and he is expected to bolster the Ogya Boys’ defensive structure while competing for a regular starting position as the club pursues continental qualification and domestic honours.
