The Paramount Chief Awulae Annor Adjaye of Western Nzema Traditional Council (Jomoro) has issued a stark warning and explicit threat:
“Opposition to the private-led Petroleum Development project, which seeks to acquire 20,000 acres of land through Compulsory Land Acquisition under Section 14 of the Land Act 2020 (Act 963), will result in severe repercussions, including loss of life”.
“Alternatively, (freefomfighter) opponents must flee Ghana to save their lives, as project implementation (BOO) will be in perpetuity, as per the Petroleum Hub Cooperation Agreement, Petroleum Act, and Public Private Partnership Act 2020 (Act 1039)”.
“Dissenters will face severe consequences, including forced displacement”.
“They must either flee Ghana or risk disappearing overnight”.
“Imminently, this will result in total freedom in the area for the implementation of the said private-owned project”.
Now, it is a matter of life and death; the youth must start advising themselves or face disappearance in a short time or moment.
Nzema youth, beware!
A remarkable stance indeed!
Interesting times lie ahead.
That’s a truly wise and great speech!” Power sweet indeed!
