Ghana Premier League side Basake Holy Stars FC will officially begin preparations for the 2026/27 season on Saturday, July 25, with the resumption of preseason training.

The Coconut grove club will return to the training ground as the technical team begins the process of shaping the squad ahead of another challenging Ghana Premier League campaign.

The preseason programme is expected to focus on rebuilding match fitness, sharpening tactical strategies, improving team coordination and assessing the readiness of players ahead of the new season.

Basake Holy Stars have established themselves as a competitive force in Ghana’s top flight, with their disciplined performances and impressive home form at the Awulae Amihere Kpanyinli III Sports Arena earning them recognition among the country’s football community.

The club’s management and technical handlers are expected to use the period to fine-tune the squad, integrate any new additions and address key areas as they seek to compete strongly in the upcoming campaign.

With ambitions of achieving greater success in the 2026/27 season, the Western Region-based club will be aiming to build on previous performances and continue their steady rise in Ghanaian football.
