‘One-Teacher, One-Laptop’: Supply & distribution completed

The successful completion of the national supply, training, and subsequent laptop distribution to teachers has taken place.

Distributors of the PCs, KA Technologies Ghana Limited, state that all recipients will receive a round-the-clock aftercare service.

The distributors claim that this service will include ongoing customer and technical support.

The katcare App is an intuitive application that has been developed to facilitate the process of making complaints and buying accessories.

The laptops were given to non-teaching employees of the Ghana Education Service (GES) and qualified teachers in Kindergarten, primary, junior high, and senior high schools.

“We wish to express our profound gratitude to the teacher unions, Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT), National Association of Graduate Teachers (NAGRAT) and the Coalition of Concerned Teachers (CCT), stakeholders and partners of KA Technologies.

“We are particularly grateful to the government, Ministry of Education, the Ghana Education Service and the regulatory institutions.”

The laptops were distributed under the ‘One-Teacher, One-Laptop’ programme.
