Popular UK-based Ghanaian gospel singer and pastor, Sonnie Badu has taken to his social media platform; Facebook to thank TV3 after his interview on the popular television program on TV, SHOWBIZ.
The gospel singer who recently was involved in a domestic accident and has gone through major surgery which to many people would not have been easy to be on our screens to be granted an interview. Yet, Sonnie Badu availed himself last night on SHOWBIZ program on TV3 for a wonderful performance despite his current situation.
“Still committed to my assignment. Thank you @tv3… Lions do not bark they roar…See you all on the 9th…” said by Sonnie Badu in a post on Facebook.
Earlier before his appearance on tv3 SHOWBIZ, he made a post announcing his involvement in an accident and still gave his thousand followers hope to be seeing them on December 9, 2023, for his biggest Live Concert – Rhythms of Africa.
“Beloved, I wish to announce that I was involved in a domestic accident yesterday and had to undergo a major surgery. By the grace of God, I am doing well and recuperating. I want to wholeheartedly apologize to the Churches and media houses that expected my presence in the last day and got disappointed.” he posted.
“In the name of Jesus, I want to assure the good people of Ghana and everywhere else that *‘Sonnie Badu Live In Concert – Rhythms of Africa’* would still come off on Saturday, Dec 9, 2023. Grab your tickets and come witness the glory and presence of God. The devil really tried it, but we only win” he added.
