Western Regional Football Association (WRFA) league have produced a lot of talent over the years. To mention a few are the likes of Bismark Kobi-Mensah, Ebo Mends, Johnson Smith, Samuel Enzemoba, Sampson Eduku, Paul Aidoo and Samuel Afful are among the players produced by WRFA league.
However another talent has been discovered in just ended WRFA league and is no other player but Kojo Mahama of Saada Academy.
Kojo Mahama is a midfielder of Saada Academy and was pivotal in his sides success in the WRFA Division 2 league 2023/2024 season. The midfielder bagged 6 goals in 12 matches this season and assisting 5 also.
He’s also won a fair amount of MOTM awards and has a lot of suitors in pursuit of his services. The young midfielder will be one to look out for in the coming years and is tipped to be a world class player .
The erstwhile Karela Stars prodigy was very impressive in the Super Middle League, where he scored a brace and also won the MVP in Saada Academy’s 2-1 victory over former Premier League winners Sekondi Hasaacas at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park.
The young talent is delight to watch and he has been household name after the league ended. Clubs are on red-alert for his signature and will be a perfect signing when signed.
The 19-year is quick, skillful and creative player, with excellent technique and ball control, he is known for his natural ability to pick out an inch-perfect pass, dribble effortlessly through two or three challenges or drift a shot into the top corner of the goal.
His one-step-ahead reading of the game, his anticipation of space and the general directing of his side’s performances are his most common traits.
