The Ministry of Education has declared that all candidates wishing to view their Senior High School (SHS) and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) placements for the 2024–2025 academic year can now do so for free on the Computerised School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) platform.
Students no longer need to buy pin codes, which was a previous step that increased the process’s complexity and cost. This new effort was announced prior to the placement results being released.
Hundreds of thousands of potential first-year students and their families are anticipated to gain from the Ministry’s decision, which will make the placement verification process easier and more accessible.
The Ministry described a simple procedure for students to view their results in a press release:
Go to https://www.cssps.gov.gh or https://www.cssps.org to see the official CSSPS website.
Enter the year of completion after the ten-digit index number (for example, 123456789024 if the completion happened in 2024).
After selecting “Submit,” wait for the placement result to appear.
The Ministry urges all qualified students to benefit from this program and guarantee prompt access to their placement details free of cost.
