Former Medeama SC, Karela United, Basake Holy Stars and Ghana Black Maidens head coach has been appointed the new head coach of Championnat National du Bénin outfits Dragons FC ahead of the upcoming season.

The experienced Ghanaian tactician joins the Beninese club with an impressive résumé, having enjoyed a trophy-laden spell during his time with Medeama SC.

He guided the Tarkwa-based side to two Ghana FA Cup triumphs, the Ghana Premier League title and the Ghana Super Cup, establishing himself as one of the accomplished coaches in Ghanaian football.

His success with Medeama was built on tactical discipline, organisation and the ability to compete at the highest level of domestic football.

Beyond Medeama, the coach has also managed Karela United and Basake Holy Stars, gaining valuable experience in the Ghana Premier League and further enhancing his credentials as a respected figure on the Ghanaian coaching landscape.

He has also had the privilege of leading the Ghana Black Maidens, the country’s national U-17 women’s team, where he was involved in nurturing some of Ghana’s emerging female football talents.

His appointment at Dragons FC marks a new challenge in his coaching career as he takes his expertise beyond Ghana for the first time.

Dragons FC will be counting on his experience and proven winning mentality to help the club achieve its objectives in the upcoming campaign.

With a rich understanding of African football and a cabinet decorated with major domestic honours, the Ghanaian coach arrives in Benin with significant expectations on his shoulders.
