Workaholic midfielder Sadick Alhassan Abubakari has returned to his ‘mother club’ FC Samartex 1996 after a stellar season in the 2023/24 Division One League.
Sadick pulled off an extraordinary performance in his loan spell with Basake Holy Stars Football Club, making him an outstanding member of the team.
The midfielder played a crucial role on the pitch in the Nzema-based Club’s qualification into the Ghana Premier League, having featured in 23 matches with 3 MVPs in all competitions.
Sadick in an exclusive interview with Samartex media said, “I’m happy and blessed to be back at this wonderful club. It’s been a long journey for me: I came here with a little experience but now I’m coming back with a lot of experience and maturity to push the club forward.”
The return of Sadick will obviously strengthen the team’s midfield capabilities and add fresh dimension.
