The Minister for Lands and Natural Resources and Member of Parliament for the Ellembelle Constituency, Hon. Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, in partnership with the Ellembelle District Assembly led by District Chief Executive Hon. Joseph Kwasi Armah Agyekum, are set to reaffirm their deep commitment to community growth and human empowerment within the constituency.
In a grand and heartwarming ceremony scheduled to take place at the Aiyinasi Health Center on Saturday, November 1, 2025, the two visionary leaders will unveil a package of transformative initiatives designed to uplift livelihoods, promote education, and stimulate local economic activity across Ellembelle.
At the heart of the event will be the presentation of One Million Ghana Cedis (₵1,000,000) in financial support to tertiary students from the constituency. This intervention seeks to alleviate the financial strain faced by students and their families — ensuring that no ambitious Ellembelle youth is denied access to quality education due to economic hardship.
In addition to the educational support, Hon. Armah-Kofi Buah and Hon. Agyekum will extend their compassion to persons living with disabilities (PWDs) through the donation of livelihood empowerment items aimed at promoting self-reliance, inclusion, and dignity.
As part of their broader vision to strengthen entrepreneurship and vocational training, the ceremony will also feature the distribution of start-up kits to local artisans. This initiative forms part of a long-term strategy to equip young craftsmen and women with the tools needed to grow sustainable enterprises, thereby fostering a vibrant, skill-based local economy.
To further enhance governance and service delivery, the Ellembelle MP and DCE will also hand over brand-new pick-up vehicles and motorbikes to key departments within the Ellembelle District Assembly.
