The Central Region has once again received heartbreaking news, and one of the UTV presenters revealed details about the tragedy. An explosion on the Winneba-to-Kasoa route has left 15 people confirmed dead on the scene and 35 people fighting for their lives in serious condition, according to the UTV report.
According to the story, contractors working on the road had to disassemble a large boulder they came over before they could get the road’s actual channel. In Ghana’s Central Region, 15 persons unexpectedly died as a result of the rock explosion.
Some of the contractors responsible for the explosion have now been detained by the residents of Bodumbrum in Ghana’s Central Region and turned over to the police to begin the required inquiry as soon as feasible.
