NAIMOS Arrests Imposters Parading as Anti Galamsey Task Force

The NAIMOS Taskforce currently on operations at the Western Region has arrested an Eight (8) member fake armed gang parading as anti galamsey task force at Wassa Juabo in the Amenfi Central District.
During the arrest, one pump-action shotgun, along with 18 cartridges, and two Jack Knives were retrieved from the thugs.
The arrested gang members have identified themselves during interrogation as:
- Isaac Adam
- Razak Issah
- Samuel Nana Yaw Baffoe
- Alex Anyimah
- Beginning Amoako
- Julie Tofah
- Michael Owusu
- Dominic Akakpo
The gang will soon be handed to the Ghana Police Service for necessary action.
Meanwhile, NAIMOS takes the opportunity to warn any such fake persons parading around the country as anti galamsey task forces to desist from such acts.
