In a heated dispute between supporters of Awulae Amihere Kpanyinli III and Awulae Blay IX over who would become the Omanhene in Atuabo, have finally got a point.
The Ntweafo family and the people of Atuabo have successfully worked out to remove Awulae Amihere Kpanyinli III from the throne to pave the way for the newly enthroned Chief, Awulae Blay IX.
Reports indicate that after the Queen Mother of Atuabo made an official announcement of the destoolment of Awulae Amihere Kpanyinli III, he had been playing delayed tactics to evacuate the palace for the new chief.
It is as a result of this that the Ntweafo family and residents of Atuabo teamed up to forcefully remove him from the palace. They were able to do that with the help of the security forces.
