His professional journey reflects a rare blend of leadership across football management, medical services, communications, security, and workplace safety, with experience spanning Ghana, the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of GW Sports Consult and Trading, a Ghana-based sports consultancy and trading firm dedicated to sports development, management support, and professional advisory services.


FOOTBALL ADMINISTRATION AND PROFESSIONAL CAREER

Morgue-Wilson has carved a formidable reputation within Ghanaian football through years of dedicated service in administrative, medical, and communications roles. His work has consistently focused on team operations, player welfare, emergency preparedness, and strategic communication—making him a reliable pillar behind the scenes of several clubs.

A defining chapter of his football career was written at Nzema Kotoko FC, where he made history as the first Team Manager to directly facilitate the progression of a player to the Ghana National Under-23 team (Black Meteors). Under his stewardship, Akesse Akesse earned a national call-up, marking a significant milestone for both the player and the club’s development framework.

Building on this success, Morgue-Wilson further demonstrated his eye for talent and player advancement by helping Nock Obeng, Agbo Malcom Tetteh, and Kwabena Wilson secure professional moves to Tamale City FC, reinforcing his commitment to sustainable player development.
