Berekum Chelsea have officially confirmed the permanent signing of forward Diawisie Taylor ahead of the 2026/27 Ghana Premier League season.
The 26-year-old striker joins the Bibires as the club continues to strengthen its squad ahead of the new campaign.
Taylor brings considerable experience to Berekum Chelsea, having previously played for Karela United, Medeama SC, Bibiani Gold Stars, Future Stars in Egypt and Sudanese giants Al-Merrikh.
The forward has gained valuable experience both domestically and abroad and is expected to add quality and depth to Chelsea’s attacking department.
Taylor has established himself as a proven attacker in Ghanaian football, with his pace, movement and finishing ability making him a dangerous presence in the final third.
His arrival is expected to provide Berekum Chelsea with another attacking option as they seek to put together a competitive squad for the upcoming Ghana Premier League campaign.
The permanent signing also represents another move by the Bibires to strengthen their squad ahead of what promises to be a demanding 2026/27 season.
Taylor will now link up with his new teammates as preparations intensify for the start of the new campaign.
Berekum Chelsea will be hoping the experienced forward can make an immediate impact and contribute significantly to their ambitions in the Ghanaian top flight.
