Kennedy Agyapong, a former flagbearer candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has been to Kumasi to witness the announcement of Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh as the party’s running mate for the general elections scheduled for December 7, 2024.
The Assin Central Member of Parliament is shown being greeted with a rousing reception from ecstatic party fans at the Prempeh I International Airport in a video that Ekuzoa News was able to view.
As Kennedy Agyapong and his spouse headed to the airport parking lot, the supporters surrounded them.
Today, July 9, 2024, in Kumasi, NPP presidential candidate Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is scheduled to formally introduce Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh.
