The Minister for Lands and Natural Resources and Acting Minister for Environment, Science and Technology, Hon. Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah (MP), today, Friday, November 7, 2025, delivered a statement on behalf of President John Dramani Mahama at the 30th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP30) in Belém, Brazil.
