The people of Eikwe are set to embark on a major community clean-up exercise dubbed “Clean Eikwe”, an initiative spearheaded by Emmanuel Essien and other vibrant youth of the town.
The maiden edition of the exercise is scheduled for Saturday, November 1, 2025, starting at 7:00 a.m., with the GPRTU Station serving as the meeting point.
According to the organizers, the “Clean Eikwe” project aims to promote sanitation, ensure a cleaner and healthier environment, and foster community spirit among residents.
The Clean Eikwe Executive Team has extended an open invitation to all residents, organizations, and stakeholders to actively participate and support the exercise for the collective benefit of the community.
