Of the current 14 Justices of the supreme Court, Justice Baffoe-Bonnie is the most senior. He was appointed in 2008 and sworn in on June 11, 2008.

On that day, President Kufuor swore in 4 Justices of the supreme Court; Justice Rose Constance Owusu, Justice Jones Dotse, Justice Anin Yeboah and Justice Paul Baffoe-Bonnie.

The next senior went to the bench in 2015, Justice Pwamang.
