Madam Adjobah Blay’s career has been marked by outstanding achievements and a commitment to local content development and regulatory compliance. As the Deputy Director of Contracts Administration at the Petroleum Commission Ghana, she has successfully championed a 25% annual increase in local supplier participation in the upstream petroleum industry. Her ability to integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into industry strategies during her tenure as Manager of Community Relations has earned her widespread recognition. Prior to this, she played a significant role in procurement and supply chain management at Bui Power Authority and contributed to pivotal energy reforms as a Project Coordinator at the Ministry of Energy.
An accomplished academic, Miss Blay holds an MA in International Transactions from George Mason University, an MSc in Procurement & Supply Chain Management from KNUST, and a BA in French and Linguistics from the University of Ghana. She is also pursuing an LLM in Public Procurement Law & Policy at the University of Nottingham, further enhancing her legal and strategic expertise in energy management.
