Brighton & Hove Albion have arranged a season-long loan for Ghanaian forward Ibrahim Osman to join Dutch Eredivisie side Feyenoord.

As confirmed by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the deal does not include a buy option, with Brighton set to cover Osman’s full wages during his stay in the Netherlands.

Osman, 19, who joined Brighton from FC Nordsjaelland earlier this year, is scheduled for a medical on Tuesday, with an official presentation to follow on Wednesday.

The loan move is intended to provide him with valuable experience throughout the season.

This approach mirrors the development strategies used by Brighton with players like Kaoru Mitoma and Simon Adingra, both of whom excelled on loan before becoming key figures for the Seagulls.

Osman made a strong impact during his time in Denmark, recording six goals and seven assists in 26 matches, and his potential has generated considerable excitement.

Feyenoord hope to capitalise on his talents as they compete in both the Eredivisie and the Europa League this season.
